Total units may reach 1,000 with the addition of the third tower. Floor plans include 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences and penthouses with expansive Bayfront terraces.

Located between the MacArthur and Julia Tuttle Causeways, Paraiso Bay condominiums will sit just off Biscayne Bay Boulevard at NE 31st Street. It will play an important part in the rapidly developing restaurant, shopping and residential scene of Edgewater, one of Miami's fastest-growing neighborhoods.
