Fasano Shore Club luxury residences will make available on a permanent basis the glamorous South Beach lifestyle that has hitherto been available only to hotel guests on limited stays. Fasano Shore Club is reimagining an iconic South Beach vacation destination, turning one of the most sought-after hotel locations in the Miami area into a prestigious and limited residential opportunity for a very few.

Shore Club will transform an existing hotel landmark into a new kind of residential destination. The remake will incorporate the original modernist aesthetic of British designer David Chipperfield who created a classic Art Deco statement that seamlessly married indoor and outdoor spaces. The HFZ Capital Group, which purchased the property in 2013 for $175 million, has engaged renowned architect Isay Weinfeld to transform the 1938 structure into a 21st-century statement that respects the Deco heritage while adding the latest in luxury amenities.

The tallest, 20-story tower will be completely repurposed and residential glass balconies added. What had housed 309 hotel rooms will now be home to 67 luxury residences and 85 hotel rooms managed by a Five-Star Brazilian hospitality firm. In addition, a limited 12 bungalows will be available for sale. Purchase prices at Shore Club will likely range from 2 to 10 million.

The Shore Club has been appreciated for its mix of signature restaurants, its pools, its rooftop spa and its ocean views. At the same time, the location of Shore Club has traditionally been one of its greatest draws, not only for its immediate access to the white sands of the beach but its immediate access to shopping in the Art Deco District and Lincoln Road, to Ocean Drive restaurants and to the Miami convention center. Water sport enthusiasts will find nearby opportunities for jet skiing, parasailing and kayaking as well as snorkeling, windsurfing, and water skiing. Evenings are easily filled with the excitement of the nightlife and dining options of South Beach and Espanola Way.

If boutique-style luxury condominium living on the beach is your goal, then consider the re-imagined Shore Club as your South Beach destination.
