Oceana Bal Harbour is set to make its mark on the ultra-luxury condominium scene of Miami. It is a 28-story double tower providing a mere 239 residences and a full range of Five-Star amenities.

Jeff Koons, American Artist who is well known for his balloon dogs and tulips, is our artist in Residence.
