The Continuum North condo had an outstanding sales month in March. With 2 closed sales last month and 2 units currently under pending sale, this condo seems to never slow down! Out of the units under contract, the average listed price is $1,464/sqft. One of the units under contract, unit #1706 has been under that status for almost a month now, this means we will have the updates of the sold price next month, so come back and discover it! The other is unit #2204 listed at $1.8 M, was removed from the active units a couple of weeks back. This unit was our personal recommended unit last month, so keep reading to find out the best deals available today.

The Continuum North condo welcomes two new residents who bought unit #501 and TH-5 listed at $6.4M! The multimillion-dollar Townhouse was negotiated down to $6M or $2,068/sqft. On the other hand, unit #501 which was listed at $943/sqft wasn’t negotiated at all! Apparently, it was a fair listing price.

All of the 1-bedroom units were built on a low floor, so if you are looking to buy at the Continuum North condo, we would recommend jumping directly to the 2-beds units. Out of the 8 units available, you should have a look at the just listed corner unit #2405. Even though it is the most expensive 2-beds unit in the entire condo, with a listing price of $2,255/sqft, it has unparalleled views of the ocean that you could enjoy from the 4 different balconies that this unit features.

From the 3-beds available, our favorite unit is #2001 listed at $2,719/sqft. Apart from being the lowest-priced 3/3, this waterfront unit has the advantages of being a corner unit with an extremely large/ wraparound balcony. But if you are looking to purchase something even bigger, we recommend the 4-beds unit #1001-8. With a listing price of $2,543/sqft or $8.8M. This unit has been on the market for 2 months and a half now, and the price has been maintained. It was bought back in 2010 for $929/sqft which shows the profit is really big and the owner might be open to negotiation.
