This successful sales performance has been maintained for the past months, as there were 2 closed deals. Unit #1202 listed at $1.8M, sold for the asking price last month. This one-of-a-kind deal lasted less than a month on the market! The other unit sold was the condo next door unit #1201. This 2-bedroom unit was listed tat $2.85 and got sold at $2.4M. It was listed only 10 days before #1202 and got sold the same day... coincidence? We don't think so, probably constructions are about to start on the 12th floor to merge these 2 units at the Continuum Condo South.

    There are 41 units for sale at the Continuum Condo South. Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, this exclusive condo has a starting price at $1.8M or $1,565/sqft. There is only one unit under contract the Townhouse #13 listed at $1.7Mor $794/sqft. This beautiful 3-bedroom unit was listed only 2 months ago and got under contract 10 days after. A good deal from which we expect to get to know the closing price soon.
