UNA Condo, South Brickell's upcoming grandeur

This 47 story building will be constructed by the OKO Group, the same developer for the Missoni Baia Project. Approximately 135 units will be built inside this ultra-high-end condo which will set place along the Southeast 25th Street on Biscayne Bay. Each condo is projected to cost around $900 - $1,300/sqft and a beautiful marina will be built across the condo.
