    Not only does the condo have an inventory, it is also one of the best selling property. Indeed, back in October, it sold 3 properties between $573/sqft and $886/sqft. Then in November, as I am giving you my advice, it has already sold unit #2902 at $1.9M and #1008 at $790,000.

    Prices are quite attractive at the Paramount Bay for units that are all facing the bay of Miami and feature amazing views! It is even better than our expectations from last month because we thought that investors would rather purchase below $700/sqft.

    As compared to last month, some more units came back on the market! 4 new units just got listed, whether they are 2 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms. There is room for buyers since the ones that have found purchasers lately are 2 and 3 bedrooms.

    Please check out new units #2308 at $723/sqft and #1207 at $882/sqft for the 2 bedroom lovers. See the usual design for the trending line 08 here.Those who want to invest in a 4 bedroom could have a look at #3405/6 that has been tailor-made.
