We closed one of those 3, unit #2802 which was listed at $884/sqft and got sold for $840/sqft. The other unit was #2709 which was listed at $799,000 and was almost sold for that same price with only $5,000 difference. Finally, unit #301 was sold for $432/sqft and was listed at $448/sqft. We are the listing agent of the only unit that is under contract today. Unit #2806 is expected to close at the end of this month, so come back next month to discover the sold price of this bayfront unit listed at $767/sqft.

There are currently 24 units for sale at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo. From the 1-bed available for sale, our favorite unit is #806. This unit is the lowest priced bayfront unit in the entire condo and it is listed at $639/sqft. It has been on the market for 4 months now and the owner seems motivated to sell as the price has been decreased by 6.7% since it was listed. The unit has stunning ocean views that can be enjoyed from its large balcony. Another good deal is the corner unit #612. Located in the poolís floor, this unit has an oversized balcony directly in the pool deck with Miami Beach Marina views. The kitchen is completely remodeled and the owner might be open to accept lower offers as the price has been reduced 6 times for a total of 15.5% reduction. It is a really good price for a unit of its kind.

If you are looking to buy a 2 bedroom unit facing the bay at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo, you should have a look at unit #2010. This fully remodeled unit has stunning views of the bay and is one of the best updates available in the condo. It has nicely redone bathrooms, kitchen, closets and bedrooms. With a listing price of $989/sqft, it is true that is not the lowest-priced unit facing Biscayne Bay, but it is definitely a turn-key unit that you need to consider.

For me, the Yacht Club at Portofino is the friendliest building of the area. It is wonderful to enjoy such standard of living in a posh neighborhood and be surrounded with the nicest people. I truly recommend buying here.

I used to visit my friends owning at the Yacht Club at Portofino. I have never seen a friendlier building, everything shouts "cozy" there!

I really love the Yacht Club. It is a great building which is located in a perfect and safe area. At the Yacht Club the amenities are great, a pool a tennis court and you even have barbecues that you can use with your friends and family. I found great neighbors there. The only default I could think about is concerning the hallways which are old and need to be redesigned. Otherwise I could only recommend this building!
