The Yacht Club at Portofino condo was very active on February 2 closed sales and 5 other units are under pending sale. Out of the units under contract, the average listed price is $751/sqft. We are the listing agents of 2 of those units, but we can’t reveal the sale price yet… we are super eager to tell you and see the final sale price for all the unit so come back here next month and we’ll have all the updates for you.

First of all, praise to the owner of unit #1206 as he sold the unit on February 15th. The sale price was surprisingly almost the same as the listed one. Listed for $635/sqft, it was sold for $628/sqft. This unit was on the market for only one month and a half. We also want to welcome the new resident of the Yacht Club at Portofino condo!

Out of the units available, if you are looking for a 1-bed unit, you should have a look at unit #2806, as it has just been listed on the market and it is fully remodeled. It is a fair price if you have a look at the remodeling that has been done at the unit, it is incredibly well-done! It has also incredible bay views from a 28th floor. If you prefer the ocean views of the Yacht Club at Portofino, we recommend you to have a look at unit 1207, as the price was decreased three times since January and it’s now listed at $669/sqft. It is also the lowest-priced unit with partial water views of the Atlantic Ocean and it has had several upgrades.

Out of the 18 two-bedroom units available for sale, if you are planning to buy at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo, you should have a look at unit #2703 as it is the lowest-priced unit on a high floor. Listed at $699/sqft, this unit is in original conditions but with a few upgrades you can make it to your own taste. The price has just been decreased, so if you are interested to have a look, contact us to request a showing, as this deal won’t last long. It simply doesn’t get better than that. For a turnkey unit please check #2010 for $1,075,000. You will fall in love with the perfection of the finishes of this unit.

For me, the Yacht Club at Portofino is the friendliest building of the area. It is wonderful to enjoy such standard of living in a posh neighborhood and be surrounded with the nicest people. I truly recommend buying here.

I used to visit my friends owning at the Yacht Club at Portofino. I have never seen a friendlier building, everything shouts "cozy" there!

I really love the Yacht Club. It is a great building which is located in a perfect and safe area. At the Yacht Club the amenities are great, a pool a tennis court and you even have barbecues that you can use with your friends and family. I found great neighbors there. The only default I could think about is concerning the hallways which are old and need to be redesigned. Otherwise I could only recommend this building!
