    What is happening in the Apogee condo? It was a slow year last year with only one recorded sale throughout the year but this year, one condo sold almost every month! 4 condos are sold as of April 2018 and the average sold price is $10 million! That is $2,625/sqft but it is important to note that the average days on the market is 437 days.

    Last month, we recommended you to look at unit 1604 which has incredible views of the Biscayne Bay. This month, this corner unit is actually on Pending Sale. The listed price was $14.5M and we can’t wait to see the sale price.

    If you are looking for a 3 bedrooms condo, we recommend unit 703 to you. It has been remodeled and it is priced nicely at $2,446,000. We say this because this is a turn-key unit where every share inch of the unit has been upgraded. If you want something higher, then unit 1702 is your next choice. Keep in mind that this a far cry unit compared to the previous one but it has 4 bedrooms.

    The Apogee is for me one the condo with the best location in South Beach. I love the incredible bay view and the luxurious common areas. The terraces are huge and I love the summer kitchens that allow us to enjoy the sun all day long. And I have to say that the smart home technology is very convenient, for example the keyless fingerprint door entry is very practical.
