It's actually my favorite. There are more photos and it's more affordable art. Not everyone has the means to buy a Fontana at the convention center ! 130 exhibitors will showcase their works in Midtown. Opening night is tonight but only on invite.

Located in a cute hotel with an intimate courtyard. Each bedroom has been transformed into an exhibition room. A lot of young artists in a relaxed yet energetic vibe. Looking for fresh talent, this is the place to go. I think this year I'll buy my first piece of art here.

Contemporary and international. Featuring 75 galleries in Midtown exhibiting photos, sculptures and paintings.A little more edgy than the 2 previous ones.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MARKET STATUS IN MIAMI

The Miami Real estate market is under stress. A slowdown of the regular sales and a pre-construction market coming to maturity are worrying some analysts. But what is there to worry?

In a regular market in Miami around 10% of a condo units are for sale. Nowadays, in projects which have just been delivered to buyers we can see on average 19% of the units placed back on the resale market after closing. For example, at the Marina Palms North condo 93 units out of 234 are for sale (38% of the building) and the project was completed one year ago. Only 47 resales have been sold over the last 6 months and out of these half of them were sold at a loss.

Within 2 years, 10,329 units will be completed. The majority of those condos have been bought without financing so sellers will hold onto them. They could decide to rent them instead of selling at a loss. Nevertheless, I think some deals will be coming to the market in 2016. Be ready to jump on them when I inform you.



CIRQUE DU SOLEIL

Are you prepared to live the emotion of the Cirque du Soleil?

The show is Kurios- Cabinet of Curiosities and it is going to be in Miami from December 10th to January 29th next to the Hard Rock Stadium.

This time 46 members take part of the show converting it in one of the largest casts. The story is mysterious and fascinating. It's about a character of the 19th century that invented a machine. He refuses to follow the rules of time, space and dimension in order to change the realty around him. There are 4 main characters that come from another dimension that interact with him. It's a tribute to the power of the human imagination where the realty is upside down.

The director of the show said that he wanted to give to the audience the sensation that everything is possible. So what are you waiting for?
