Moishe Mana's dream does not stop there. He even goes further with plans to transform the Flagler Street in Downtown Miami into a tech hub aka the Silicon Valley of Latin America.

Moishe argues Miami has all the potential due to its strategic location. Moishe has just released animated renderings of his new Wynwood redevelopment project and he is excited to start his project.

DOWNTOWN MIAMI IN A NUTSHELL According to the Miami-Dade study, Downtown Miami is one of the top 3 places where young professionals are locating. Below are some interesting facts about this neighborhood:

- May 2017 is the highest recorded month of closed sales and pending sales over the past 4 years for Downtown Miami.

- Average condominium re-sale has been declining 4-5% but apartment rentals has a steady growth of 1-4% year-over-year.

- Three new condominiums have been completed this year in 2017. They are Brickell Heights East, Brickell Heights West and Biscayne Beach. The completion of these projects is adding 1,089 available units to the neighborhood.

- Three condominiums have started construction: Flatiron, Gran Paraiso and One River Point. Interestingly, pre-constructions in Downtown Miami are on average 70% pre-sold on average.

SAKURA 736 CAFE : JAPANESE - PERUVIAN CUISINE Good restaurants are hard to come by which is why I am taking this opportunity to enjoy good food near the office. Just a couple of steps away from The Yacht Club, this restaurant is worth-mentioning.

The first thing that caught my attention was definitely the Hotate a la Parmesan aka Scallop on the Half-Shell. This unique dish features a fresh, pan-seared scallop on a mixture of Parmesan cream. I absolutely adore it !

Plus, to make it even better, I ordered Sakura Maru which is a cocktail served with a speck of gold ! It was so good and I felt like a royalty with this drink in my hand. This place definitely deserves all the recommendations !
