Jorge Perez unveils his latest preconstruction in Miami: The Viceroy South Beach. The Viceroy includes 63 condo residences range from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet, and the 121 boutique resort residences range from 700 to 1800 square feet. Penthouses range from 2200 to over 4,000 sqft.
